Banks 15 years ago or so, operated far more efficient than today, that too without computerisation

* Dedicated counter for a set of tasks People posted in those counters knew their job. No general purpose counters.

It will help all common people, business people and Banker's too
Rotational shift can be done so Bank employees won't face problems
Instead of asking 5 day's as working per week they need to ask rotational shift

If bank had 6 counters, all 6 would attend to customers. Today only 2 counters would open, and other have this pain in the a** folks whose only job is to harass customer to buy scamsurance
