I wrote a Cursor<>Figma MCP server to make it easier for AI copilots to implement designs.
It's not perfect, but the resulting HTML and CSS is a lot cleaner than giving AI a screenshot and having it guess.

Working on a write-to-Figma plugin as a followup as the Framelink MCP that reads via REST and wow I am 100% a convert back to using design tools. Nothing better for rapid iteration than an infinite canvas.

Many people are working on realtime visualizations of active agents which seems like a great way to burn a ton of tokens and that's about it.
Much better to focus on either side of the problem: effectively describing and dispatching work or verifying outputs.

I want to direct my agents like I'm playing Dwarf Fortress鈥攍ay down the architecture visually and then let them fill in all the gaps. Would be so much easier to see the rat nests too.

Off the cuff, adversarial review and specialized context windows will make using multiple specialized agents a dominant pattern until ASI.
What's debatable is whether the average employee will be aware they're using a swarm or if it will be agent-mediated鈥擨'd assume the latter.
It's actually crazy watching everyone pivot in the complete wrong direction from what companies want.
Having an army of agents/bots is counterproductive. It's a vanity metric.
What teams want is a shared workspace where they can:
- work with any model
- build a "company brain" of skills, integrations, and context/memory mapped to their permissions
- build and host custom apps
- interact from slack, email, or wherever they work

An understandable misunderstanding about the extreme difference between token usage of chat vs. agentic workflows. Every tool call burns all the prior tokens鈥攅very time!
Just me who find this policy puzzling? Free users get infinite usage via Luna, but when a Pro user runs out of credits, they don't even have the option to use Luna for free.

Claude wants to give every concept a cutsey name鈥攂est example being the AI fever dream that was Gas Town: mayors, deacons, polecats, rigs.
The problem with this (other than being impossible to keep track of everything) is that naming every concept uniquely is the anthesis of building affordances that compose.
I think it's one of the major ways you end up with all these individually maintained systems that duplicate functionality and talk to each other in unique ways.

If you buy the Runescape hypothesis鈥攚hich in itself is suspect鈥攜ou still need a thesis on who captures the value. Cratering prices and increasing demand could move commodity producers either way鈥攎ake them more or less valuable. Not the best intuition pump.
I am not joking when I say this RuneScape economic model is very valuable for thinking about investing over the next 3-5 years.
