MAJOR ORDER: The Ministry of Defense has signed a new agreement with AM Defense, the patriotic contractor responsible for the high-quality line of FRVs, to construct a new tank model: the Maelstrom Tank. In an exciting new frontier for civilian freedom, the Tank will be made available for purchase to qualifying citizens. Enemy aggression, however, threatens this Freedom, by denying AM Defense the territory recently allocated for Maelstrom Tank construction. The Helldivers are ordered to liberate MARFARK and PHACT BAY immediately. AM Defense has graciously provided, free of charge, prototype Maelstrom Tank models to augment Helldiver arsenals for the liberation of this territory.

MAJOR ORDER: The myriad Cyborg plots to disrupt the Quarter-Term elections have severely damaged citizen confidence in the effective management of their votes. By reducing unnecessary oversight and the number of personnel involved in Democratic Management, the process will be far less susceptible to enemy interference.
