MAJOR ORDER: Evidence of an even more abhorrent Cyborg plot to manipulate the upcoming Quarter-term elections has been discovered. Evidence has been obtained indicating enemy efforts to create Automatons with human-like apperances and speech patterns. These androids, disguised as Super Earth citizens, would then attempt to infiltrate voting centers and cast votes. The shocking and vile nature of this plan evidences the extent to which the Cyborg mind has been twisted from their human origins. They cannot be allowed to succeed. The dissident network responsible for the sabotage of the TCS+ has eluded justice. Predictive analytics indicate the network has dispersed domestically, hiding as regular citizens. These dissidents, who exist, must face punishment. High Command has therefore ordered a Full Deputization of Super Earth citizens Class B and above. They have been rapidly trained on traitor identification heuristics, issued printable badges, and granted authority to use necessary force. The Helldivers are ordered to secure material for the production of hunting trophies to reward the capture of suspected dissidents.
