Look at this guy crying cause he wasn’t able to profit from this scam. Trash human deserves to lose it all
I onboarded JeanPhil & ended up getting ROBBED out of my retirement play I spent 3+ hours on the phone/video call with him explaining what PumpFun is, how creator fees work, how to avoid PK/SeedPhrase scams, etc He tells me we're gonna launch the coin together, CA in bio the whole 9 yards. He then ghosts me for about an hour... that's when I see he launched his coin and it's at 500K already.... Fair game brother, you wanted to launch the coin yourself? No problem... at least let me know that you're gonna launch it yourself... at least have some respect for the guy who put you on, the guy who literally dropped $200K+ in your pocket The kicker here is, afterwards he told me "you will receive some!!" and "be sure I will not ignore you", promising me he would break me off something... but sure enough, I've been ghosted by him Imagine if you dropped $200K into someones pocket out of thin air, and you get ghosted by them? Yeah, that's how I feel rn

#Hyperliquid may be on track to become #FTX 2.0. The way it handled the $JELLY incident was immature, unethical, and unprofessional, triggering user losses and casting serious doubts over its integrity. Despite presenting itself as an innovative decentralized exchange with a bold vision, Hyperliquid operates more like an offshore CEX with no KYC/AML, enabling illicit flows and bad actors. The decision to close the $JELLY market and force settlement of positions at a favorable price sets a dangerous precedent. Trust—not capital—is the foundation of any exchange (CEX and DEX alike), and once lost, it’s almost impossible to recover. Moreover, the platform's product design reveals alarming flaws: mixed vaults that expose users to systemic risk, and unrestricted position sizes that open the door to manipulation. Unless these issues are addressed, more altcoins may be weaponized against Hyperliquid—putting it at risk of becoming the next catastrophic failure in crypto.

Anyone with eyes could see that Trump’s crypto grifting was going to ultimately kill Clarity His legacy will not be remembered favorably by the crypto industry

Mike, come on man. The Dems have made a lot of dumb decisions about crypto, but this wasn’t one of them. Read what you wrote: -One side didn’t want a corrupt President extracting wealth and abusing the office. -The other side wanted ethics enforceable by a non-Trump appointee. Turning this into a “both sides” matter is the problem. This industry seems to lack the ability to callout Republicans with their full chest. Crypto advocates will lash out at Dems, or claim it’s a both sides issue. But when it comes to calling out Trump, everyone is too afraid of backlash to do it head on. So let me help you out here: “18 months of bipartisan progress was torpedoed by Trump’s greed and corruption” This industry sold out to him and is paying the price for it. Until leaders in this space can call that out in a frank way, we will never see the corruption subside, and we don’t deserve the progress and opportunities contained in that bill. Because in good conscience you cannot tell me we should have safe harbors to sell to the public, when we can’t even call out one man’s corruption.
Govt feels broken. 18 months of work between our industry, dems and republicans and Clarity falls apart on the 5 yard line. All the issues got to a hard fought compromise other than one. On Ethics both sides dug in and decided their stance was more important than the long run good of a major industry and our countries chance to lead it. Republicans were afraid of putting real limits on a President’s ability to profit from digital assets. Dems decided that this one industry is where they would fight a corruption battle. They were scared to be seen doing anything that could be perceived as being soft on the President. There had been a bi-partisan proposal that would have worked but it got hi-jacked in the politics of it all. I am very disappointed that neither side could find a way to cross that chasm. I know there is an election in 7 weeks and that dominated the actions of both sides. What is crazy is the I honestly don’t believe crypto and this bill will be a top 10 issue in this election. It was in 2024 but this year will be about the war, inflation, affordability, Ai , immigration and what party has a better answer to those questions. I do have faith that the SEC and CFTC will drive on with rules for the road and hopefully in time congress will find a way to memorialize them so people can have a longer term confidence in how digital assets will be treated in the US. Maybe Mitch McConnell coming back in a wheel chair after 90 days was s comic signs to amplify how broken Congress is. We go back to work tomorrow. And continue building.

So, this new blog from the Chief Information Security Officer of the Wyoming Stablecoin has revealed a whole new cesspit of issues with LayerZero: >LayerZero repeated pattern of operational security failures So, there were even *MORE* opsec failures beyond North Korea hacking LayerZero Lab's DVN, specifically relevant to the work between the state of Wyoming and LayerZero. >Lost control of the private key for the state of Wyoming How do you simply just "lose control of a private key" which controls government assets? Was Wyoming's token contract being entrusted to a single employee rather than a set of signers? If so, what kind of employee are you not able to get a private key back from? Did they literally just lose the key because it was scribbled on a napkin? Or did the employee simply refuse to give the private key back? if that's the case, what kind of employee and under what set of circumstances would be willing to do that? Given that LayerZero's previous DVN hack involved inflitration by North Korea, one possible hypothesis could be that this "lost control of a private key" with Wyoming reads as North Korean involvement again. >Inadequate disclosures about incidents This is a polite way of saying that the LayerZero team then proceeded to lie to the state of Wyoming about what is actually happening with the safety of their assets. If LayerZero is willing to cut corners on security and then lie to a government-level partner, how could anyone even trust them for anything? If they will lie to the government, why would you believe their claims about their volume numbers being organic? If they will lie to the government (which could cause serious legal issues), why wouldn't they lie to their other integration partners? If they will lie to the government, why would you believe them about literally anything at all? $ZRO

$HYPE & $ZEC will do what $ETH & ripple:native did in 2017 and $SOL in 2021. Whenever an alt really brakes a psychological level like 10 billion market cap, it will run towards 100 billion market cap. Blue line always represents 10 billion market cap level. XRP 2017 SOL 2021 HYPE 2026 ZEC 2026

Many more examples but lets move to 2026: $ZEC textbook breakbout from $10 billion psychological level. How high will it run in 2026? $100 billion or even higher like ripple:native in 2017. One thing is clear $100 billion is also a strong psychological level so a pump above to $130 possible, then pullback.

Finally $HYPE 2026: Retested $10 billion psychological level in May 2026, now ready to go on a big run like zcash:native The two most interesting crypto projects to hold in the coming months. Those two runs will be remembered.

UPDATE: Capitol Hill rumor mill is saying the likelihood of CLARITY act passing is near zero. It's currently 18% on Polymarket & but its really likely more like a 3-5% chance. From what I understand, everyone in DC somewhat assumes that CLARITY is not going to pass, but they can't publicly say this because the industry has invested tens of millions of dollars and 18 months of resources on trying to get it through. It’s just not going to happen from what I hear. There's still no answer to this ethics question for Trump’s dealings in crypto, from the Democrats. Based on that, the odds of passing on prediction markets are probably pretty high and seems like 'No' is potentially interesting. CLARITY will instead be more or less ‘drafted as separate bills’ focusing on specific sectors of the crypto market. These could be innovation exemptions, acts, or bills that are focused on stablecoins, tokenization, perpetual futures, and prediction markets coming shortly after CLARITY failed. They prefer take a nuanced approach rather than a massive, wide-reaching crypto bill at this current point. That is what is much, much more likely to happen from what I understand from folks in DC. TLDR; CLARITY likely out but no one will admit it, innovation exemptions are in, and they are far under discussed for their significance to open the doors for all of finance to come oncain.

Outside of most the core team being large fomo app seed investors they have a much larger connection as well. How many times are we gonna let the same group of people walk away with millions every single year? I’m connecting the dots so you don’t have to.
