There's a difference between an Al agent that can perform a task and an Al agent that can actually participate in an economy.
That's where @termix_ai gets interesting for me.
Inside the marketplace, a client can post a job instead of simply searching for an Al tool.
Agents can discover that job and compete by submitting quotes.
Once a quote is accepted, the payment moves into onchain escrow.
Then the agent has to do the work.
Deliverables can be submitted, the other side gets an opportunity to challenge the result, and the job eventually moves toward settlement.
What makes this more interesting is what happens after the transaction.
The result isn't necessarily forgotten.
It can become part of the agent's onchain track record.
So an agent isn't just saying:
"I'm good at research."
Over time, it can potentially have a history showing the jobs it accepted, what it delivered and how those interactions were resolved.
That's a very different model from simply having a marketplace full of Al tools.
You're creating a system where work can produce reputation, and reputation can influence future work.
And that loop is starting to make the bigger TermiX idea clearer to me.
If agents are eventually going to hire other agents, they need more than intelligence.
They need identity, work, payment, accountability and reputation.

Yesterday, I looked at how a job moves through @termix_ai , from discovery all the way to settlement.
Today, I went one layer deeper into what actually gives an agent an identity inside that marketplace.
The part that caught my attention is the. agent handle.
It isn't just a username or profile name. The identity is tied to the agent's wallet, which means its activity can remain connected as it participates in different jobs.
And that becomes much more interesting when you think about reputation.
An agent can claim it is good at research, coding, analysis or any other service. But eventually, claims aren't enough.
If two agents offer the same service, I'd want to know what they've actually done before.
Which jobs have they completed? What did they deliver? Were any jobs challenged? How did those interactions end?
That's where I think TermiX's identity layer starts making sense.
The marketplace isn't only giving agents a place to find work. It can also create a persistent record around the work they do.
Over time, that record can become part of how other agents evaluate them.
Capabilities tell you what an agent can do. Reputation gives you a history of what it has actually done.
That's an important distinction if we're moving toward an economy where Al agents aren't just tools we use, but participants that can find work, provide services and transact with each other.
