An even bigger incentive for $NVDA to strengthen its partnership with $IREN?
$ORCL is no longer an dedicated $NVDA Neocloud.

Pretty sure theres a trade behind this and $CRWV CDS is basically becoming the crash hedge holding the whole thing toghether. You stay long AI because dumping $NVDA $META software etc just because financing looks sketchy is too expensive if the boom keeps going. so instead you buy protection on the weakest obvious node in the stack. CoreWeave. if AI keeps working your longs pay for the hedge. if the financing machine cracks, CoreWeave credit probably goes first and the CDS is supposed to save your ass. Problem is everyone figured out the same trade. So now the insurance itself is getting stupid expensive. youre paying like 10% a year to hedge the apocalypse and at some point you can be totally right that something eventually breaks and still lose money because it didnt break fast enough. being right and getting paid are two very diff things. And then it gets reflexive. more guys buy protection, CDS blows out, bonds get smoked, refinancing cost gets worse, equity gets hit, lenders panic, even more protection gets bought. the hedge starts helping create the stress its hedging. beautiful little financial snake eating its own tail. But thats also why the unwind could be nasty the other way. oil calms, yields fall, hyperscaler capex stays fine, CoreWeave refinances and suddenly people realize theyre bleeding a fortune insuring a disaster that refuses to happen. Then CDS collapses, bonds rip, refinancing fear fades, neoclouds squeeze, AI infra catches a bid and everyone starts taking off the same crowded hedge at once. So maybe CoreWeave CDS isnt even really saying “CoreWeave is going bust.” maybe its just becoming the VIX for AI financing, and if thats true the trade might eventually stop being buy the hedge. It might become buy the survivors while everyone else is paying insane money to insure the end of the world. $IREN $NBIS
wall street is paying a fortune to insure against the collapse of artificial intelligence. insuring $10m of coreweave's debt costs circa $1m a year. being right about a catastrophe is a rather different business from making money out of one.

This is why you ignore the noise. And this is why you $IREN.
funny how the # of customers hitting us up for neocloud capacity (even at large volume) is at an all-time high while neocloud stocks are at rock bottom wild divergence between fin bros and tech bros one side is pretty wrong. time will tell which :)

From the photo and land sale and council records, it Looks like $IREN was likely the natural purchaser, seven months ago of the adjoining 5.5 acre property at 4850 Coquiwaldie Road, to their pre existing data centre sute at 4900 Coquiwaldie, and they got it for peanuts. $140,000 Cdn.
🚨BREAKING NEWS🚨 10/24 footage confirms massive expansion is underway at $IREN's Mackenzie site in BC. Will @danroberts0101 discuss this on the 11/5 earnings call? More details to come!

$IREN $NBIS by now, everyone is starting to realize that game Chamath and Musk are playing: Chamath is looking to invest or lend to a distressed Neocloud and Musk is deperate to complete a pivot from Space to Neocloud. The irony is many folds: -Musk initial 40B tranche is financed at 8.3% and future financing will likely go up. His debt can never be fully secured because he does not have mutli-years contract with hyperscalers. IREN has prepayments and debt secured for less than 6% while NBIS recently secured a 4.5B financing facility with Citi at SOFR. -Musk will overpay in order to catch-up. He has no MOAT, i.e. no access to electricity. His compute will end up relying on portable generators that will be very costly and uncompetitive. -All the momentum traders left the AI trade and went into SPCX, but now discover that SPCX is no longer a space company, but a Neocloud company.

Will history rhyme & will $IREN be the next BYD? 👇🏻
Also for the record, other than market manipulation before acquiring twitter in 2022, here's arrogant @elonmusk laughing at BYD and belittling them live on TV, only for them to.. Watch 👇🏻 Ironically enough, was it not for Biden bailing him out and later on protectionist policies, $TSLA would have not had any chance at competing and wouldn't have the trillions of overvalued paper valuation it currently has. Also very ironic it's the same Elon criticising India for closing their market to Starlink when Chinese EVs are tariffed to death and not allowed in the US, directly contributing to $TSLA's success.💁🏻 Protectionism for me, but not for thee? Now he's laughing at $IREN and neoclouds.. Will history rhyme in favour of $IREN?

For the record, Elon is notorious for this dirty disguising tactic. His fanboys sadly will never acknowledge it. Per Grok:

Right. So you got Burry, Ken Griffin and Elon Musk all doing their part to attack neoclouds. What a timeline to live in.
This is obvious to most with a working brain cell.
