God damn it. Extracted an entire working knowledge base from my company's email records... in under 3 hours. Welp. This would have been an entire consulting project worth months back in the day! Time to open a yoga shala I guess. 🧘‍♀️

Your AI agent can answer "refund my order." Can it do the refund? Procedures in SupportWire: • steps in plain words • @ to give Kal the exact tools it can use • IF / ELSE + a fallback • test it live before it goes live Write it once. Kal follows. supportwire.ai

An AI agent is only as good as what it knows. Give Kal your docs, your PDFs, and the Slack posts you approved. It answers from those alone and cites every source. No source, no answer. Knowledge Store → supportwire.ai

I feel like this is something @imkarthikk told me yesterday and a few days before too lol
Been working on a real estate deal for a while. Yesterday I was told something was going to take 3-5 days to turn around. I asked why? Answer: Because that's how long it usually takes. Then I asked: What would happen if you called them and told them you need it tomorrow? My attorney said she'd try. So she did. And what do you know? They said they could turn it around in a day. Yet another reminder that the first answer is just a placeholder for "usually". If you settle for that, that's what you'll get. But there's another option on offer: The option you want. And if you don't ask, you don't get. And if you don't do, it won't be done. Everything can be compressed.

Apple won't build this for at least another year, so I built MacCP (Mac Control Plane). MacCP is a modern "Back to my Mac" version which runs on a secure relay allowing me to work with my Mac via AI agents. As of today, it can work with Reminders, Notes, control network connections, check Mac's health, and more. Next up: have to figure out a way to work with Safari's MCP, Chrome's MCP, Cleanshot URL schemes, Things 3 URL schemes, Paste app MCP and so many such specific apps. It's in alpha. Tweet me for a build. maccp.app

Training tiny models for special purpose use cases works so incredibly well if you have a great self improving recursive flywheel. Shopify ML team is on fire. finetuned 0.8b model beats GPT 5.6-sol xhigh in this very specialized task.

Designing a binder is an easier process than designing a drug, but it’s a useful proxy. The typical success rate in the field today is between 10% and 15%. Between 22% and 35% of Claude's designs bound successfully, depending on the setup. Some of its strongest designs bound several times more tightly than the best published de novo binder.

If you always worry about being wrong, you can never have an opinion. I used to treat every thought like it had to be 100% right forever. Changing my mind felt like failure until I realised it just meant I was adapting to newer information. That fear erased “me.” No real opinions. Just quiet agreement with whoever spoke first. Opinions aren’t permanent. They’re just your best current take.
