@airfrance @AirFranceUK @bhx_official. I’m now stranded at the airport with a gutted 14 year old who’s supposed to be on his first trip to @DisneyParis_EN. We were led to believe you’re a premium airline but this all feels quite Budget at the minute #badservice #help #stranded

I get it if there’s a delay but to deny that your had a booking when it’s clearly in your app. I’ve always thought @airfrance were decent but looks like they’re going downhill a bit.
