This is not the way you talk to farmers to make money. The caller was telling me "aapko samjhta nahi hai isiliye do minute sun lijiye" Waah re waah. Can Mahindra dare to talk like this with city folks? Why? Just because farmers are uneducated, your team can use any words? Not done. The lady was totally shocked when I gave it back to her. That was the call. Then I rec'd a WhatsApp msg. Just see the tone and tenor of this msg. Let me know if this is right. Really disappointed though. Hope no farmer gets to spoken to like this.
