The announced changes to replays are being delayed to patch 26.21.
We are working on a solution to ensure the creators and coaches out there that rely on replays are not meaningfully impacted by this change and want to have that in place before this goes live.

Really bad decision if it goes live the amount of fields it impacts is crazy… obviously stopping cheating is beneficial but this kills a ton of content/community events
Replays are becoming private in 26.20. As part of the game memory access changes, it will no longer be possible to download replays for games you have not played in, including via 3rd party sites.

Love to get rid of the only way to salvage broadcasts for live-server tournaments after the nearly abandoned spectator client crashes for the 1000th time.

the "Hard Problem" in a nutshell:
1. Jungle role is OP
2. My support is genuinely boosted
3. I am coping and need to improve
4. League is a balanced game
Junglers say 1 is fake
Supports say 2 is fake
Nobody says 3 is fake
Riot games says 4 is fake
the “Hard Problem” in a nutshell:
1. atoms aren't wet
2. water is made of atoms
3. water is wet
4. so at least one of 1-3 must be false
Panhydrationists say #1 is false
Dualists say #2 is false
Illusionists say #3 is false
Materialists say #4 is false

One of the goats of the LCS. will 1000% be missed
[OFFICIAL] Jatt 🇨🇦 announce that he has moved out of LA and that he will no longer be part of #LCS Broadcast full time
He is also in talks with Riot Games to stay involved in LCS and international broadcasts in the future.
"I've moved, I'm no longer living in LA and I won't be living in LA next year. I'm going to be living in Michigan."
"Which is Good news, or Bad news depending on how you want to take it y'all. Because what it does mean, is I'm not going be full time on the LCS next year."
"But it also doesn't mean that I'm leaving, I'm going to be continuing "Mind the Gap", I'm going to be making more content, I'm hoping to still work some LCS and International events, but it's all very up in the air."
"This is a move that me and my wife have been talking about for a while, Vedius has known for months so you can blame him for not leaking it.[...] And that's it."

Hello Sir,
CAN YOU PLEASE HELP FIX THIS VISA ISSUE SO THAT OUR PATRIOTIC NORTH AMERICAN TEAMS CAN COMPETE AGAINST CHINESE TEAMS AT FULL STRENGTH SO WHEN WE BEAT THEM THEY HAVE NO EXCUSE.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER
@SecRubio @elonmusk

I'm obviously VERY happy with all the hype/praise LCS and it's teams are getting going into worlds
BUT
I'm worried we do the most NA thing ever when hyped and buster tf out of swiss
If LCS teams choke on home turf, they are getting locked out of the arena in 2027

That's it for my first LCS roadshow. It was also my first time field producing but the crowd was so electric they made the job easy
Having talent like Kangas and Flowers to work with doesn't hurt either I'll be on the ground for all of Worlds: LA, Texas and NYC! See you there!

some thoughts as a fan of the LCS/ "creator" of 3 years now;
this roadshow in Atlanta served as a reminder of what the LCS is all about: the community.
consuming LCS content & discourse online; it's really easy to get sucked into the doomer mindset of how the LCS is "failing" every other month, but this event served as a reminder that regardless of whatever the view count is at, regardless of how hard we get fk'd at internationals by LPL&LCK, regardless of how horrible Raz's fashion choices are; there will always be people willing to put aside their lives and come together for a game that is so much more than just "a game"
the hate is only ever a vocal minority online, everyone irl has nothing but joy and you can see it from all the smiles and excitement radiating throughout the venue
thank uu sm if u said hi to me or asked for a pic it genuinely makes me so happy that i make some of you smile, even if it's just a handful :') i hope my press conference questions made you guys laugh and regardless of what the future holds, thank u everyone for making this lcs finals weekend so special ❤️
let's make Worlds '26 a banger, i'll see u guys in LA, Texas, and NY 🫡

I was just talking to @jacksonRoyCh about how the LCS broadcast should shout out some of the Tier 2 players here and then they get @Only35support, @Samikintw, and @JonnyRockets10 interviews in between games.
