there's a reason why we limit the number of retainers we take on
like with every project, we take extreme care of the client 🤌
but with retainer clients, things typically move a differently, usually.. a little faster 🏃 (sometimes turnarounds are as short as one hour)
we get involved in every step of the process and I think that's exactly what makes it so useful for growing teams, who else can:
- design & build without handoffs
- turnaround things the same day (or same hour)
- give input across the whole process, not just the part we were hired for
we're basically an in-house team that you didn't need to hire 🧙♂️
less than 2 weeks since we started working with a new retainer client in September, but we've already:
- built a new dashboard checkout design
- set up extensive sales tracking
- built custom abandoned checkout flows
- prepared new landing page variants for A/B testing
& much more planned for the rest of the month
I personally get so immersed in this kind of work that I start feeling like I'm part of the clients team 😅
