Police in Aldershot have arrested a nondescript man after he approached a woman, kissed her, pulled her hair & punched her in the chest. The woman was able to run away and was later taken to hospital to receive treatment for a broken finger, concussion, bruising and scratches.

Having taken legal advice on the matter, I shall be going out for a VERY nice meal with champagne (no cigar, sorry, I don’t smoke) to celebrate the events of today.

Gendarmes walking illegal migrants along a road approximately a mile from the French coast.
At what point does this stop looking like enforcement and start looking like facilitation?
Because from this footage, it’s hard to see how much more obvious the impression could be.
At this rate, they may as well negotiate a bulk deal with P&O Ferries and save everyone the walk.

So let me get this right. Pedophile gets bail, not only get’s bail but is allowed to return home to the very same place he was filming young girls out of the window from.
Even the head of the Met Police asked “why are we protecting pedophiles and not children”

Why was bail refused for this guy? His charges don’t relate to any threat to anyone. What is going on?
🚨Daniel Thomas (37), known as Danny Tommo, appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court today via video link.
Bail refused…
He pleaded not guilty to criminal damage and failing to disclose a phone PIN (RIPA s.53).
The charges follow an incident on 22 September in the English Channel. Footage showed him approaching an inflatable dinghy with a knife after migrants had already been transferred to RNLI and Border Force vessels. A French coastguard official was still on the dinghy.
Police originally arrested him on suspicion of more serious maritime offences, including criminal damage with intent to endanger life.
He elected Crown Court trial. Bail was refused and he was remanded in custody.
Next hearing: Portsmouth Crown Court, 29 September (unconfirmed reports also list Winchester Crown Court, 23 October).
