Only a few would understand…. Started already 💀 did 2 movies at a cinema in a day for touch grass and making plans to explore this month…wishing you luck brother as we explore the world outside of codes while staying consistent.
Happy new month, everyone.
For the past few months, I’ve been living in almost complete isolation.
I made a decision to stay home, focus intensely on coding, and give myself until the end of the year to build something meaningful—an AI product that solves a real problem and could eventually become a successful startup.
Since then, I’ve experimented with several ideas and built products such as Asterion, Munari, and Cassie. I kept searching because I had a persistent feeling that there was something worth discovering if I worked hard enough.
My routine became simple: wake up, write code until late at night, sleep for a few hours, and repeat. I rarely went outside unless I needed food. If you saw me online or received a message from me in the middle of the night, that was probably why.
That level of focus helped me build a lot, but it also taught me an important lesson:
Spending more time on a problem does not always produce a better solution.
I often gave an entire day to something that could probably have been completed in three focused hours. Because I had made the whole day available, the work expanded to fill it. Frequent visits to Twitter and YouTube did not help either.
I was working constantly, but I wasn’t always working efficiently.
Isolation also began to limit my creativity. Most of my ideas were coming from the same places: the websites I visited, the posts I read, and the videos I watched. I was trying to build products for people while spending very little time experiencing the world those people live in.
Creativity needs more than information. It needs new experiences, different environments, real conversations, movement, curiosity, and time away from the screen.
So this month, I’m changing my approach.
I still want to build ambitious products, but I want to become more deliberate with my time. I want to solve problems in fewer, more focused hours and use the rest of my day to expand the world I draw ideas from.
I want to exercise, learn a sport, read more, meet people, and go outside every day. I want to study the world around me and learn from nature, from God, and from the people I encounter, not only as a person, but also as a designer, developer, and builder.
I also want to become more consistent about sharing my work. I plan to post regularly about what I’m building, the experiments I’m running, the ideas I’m exploring, and the things I’m learning along the way.
My goal for this month is not simply to work harder.
It is to become more focused, more efficient, more consistent, and to expand my worldview.
I believe that becoming a better builder requires becoming a more complete person. This month, I want to make room for both.
Wish me luck. There is much more to come.
