500%+ in lead flow doesn't happen overnight. Dec 2025: we revamped the PoolReady website. Jan 2026: full-scale SEO campaign. April 2026: ads for 1 franchisee. June 2026: ads for 5 franchisees. Aug 2026: corporate made running Eversite ads a requirement for all franchisees. Leads are flowing like never before. Zees are happy. The difference? We offered a holistic strategy for PoolReady (web + SEO + ads + print collateral), and they were committed to seeing it through. In July, we also began running ads to capture new franchisee leads. They've closed 2 new franchisees since, with more in the pipeline. What can happen if your marketing vendor is more like an in-house, off-site team? Magic. As you can see from the chart, SEO has scaled wonderfully, but it doesn't happen overnight. Google Ad and Meta Ads scale more quickly, but the best results happen after key reviews and iterations. We made changes to the landing pages, conversions improved. We made changes to the ad graphics, conversions improved. All in lock-step communication with transparency. Find a trusted partner with experience. Lock arms. Build a great plan and commit to it. 💸 awaits those who do.
Rick was skeptical, he's been burned before. Watch his 1 min video. It just might change the trajectory of your business. Why? Our marketing platform is a cheat code for home service businesses. I genuinely mean that. - 500%+ more leads - 63% lower cost per lead - 17% less ad spend - #1 visibility 92% of the time That's Rick's company with Eversite vs. their prev agency Q2 YoY. That's JUST our Ads Team (Google/Meta) as an example... but we cover SEO too: - From 152 search rankings to 1577 - 218 keywords in the top 10 - Local map rankings in major metros - Far more and better quality leads This is for the same client in the video. I'll send you a dozen more videos if you need more proof! They are a national pool service franchise client, with locations in some major metro areas (Houston, San Antonio, etc). Do yourself this favor: Just let us audit your current website and/or ads campaigns... 100% for free. Worst case, you leave with some good insights. Wish I could get this info in front of every Home Service company that exists. It's such a win win! Let me if you want to set up an intro.

One of the strangest financial things we do in America is ask an 18-year-old who has absolutely no idea what they want to do with their life to pick a degree, borrow money for it, spend four years pursuing it and hope 22-year-old them still wants the career 18-year-old them picked. And somehow we’ve decided this is the “safe” path. College can be an incredible investment when you know what you’re buying. You want to be an engineer? Doctor? Accountant? Architect? Attorney? Great. There is a defined career on the other side and the degree is part of the price of admission. But “I don’t know what I want to do, so I’m going to college” might be the worst possible reason to spend six figures. Because tuition isn’t even the whole bill. Housing. Food. Transportation. Books. Fees. Interest. Four years of living expenses. And four years where you could have been earning money instead of spending it. The published annual student budget at an in-state public four-year college is now roughly $31,000. That’s about $124,000 over four years before accounting for the opportunity cost of not working full time. And nearly half of bachelor’s degree recipients graduate with student debt. Among those who borrow, average debt is around $30,000. Now compare that with an 18-year-old entering a skilled trade. They’re earning while learning. Accumulating thousands of hours of experience. Increasing their compensation as their skills improve. At 22, while their college counterpart is applying for an entry-level job, they may already have four years of earnings and four years of experience. But here’s the risk we almost never price into the college decision: 18-year-olds change their minds. The kid who thought he wanted marketing discovers sales at 24. The psychology major discovers commercial real estate at 27. The communications major realizes she wants to own a business at 30. Your degree doesn’t magically reprice itself because you finally figured out what you’re actually good at and want to spend your life doing. You already spent the money and the four years. Meanwhile, learning to weld, wire a building, repair HVAC systems, plumb a house, operate heavy equipment or maintain industrial machinery gives you something tangible: a marketable skill somebody will pay you for. And the ceiling isn’t the wage. Electrician → master electrician → truck → apprentice → second crew → five trucks → business owner. I’m not anti-college. I’m anti-spending $100,000+ because we’ve convinced an 18-year-old without a career plan that wandering around a university for four years is inherently more responsible than getting paid to learn something useful. If you know exactly why you need the degree, go get it. If you have no idea what you want to do yet, that’s perfectly normal. Maybe that’s a reason to WAIT before making one of the largest investments of your life, not a reason to make it. cc: @TS_Secrets

Website Roast for Bowling Green Pest Control... ... and man is there a LOT of green! We cover competing brand directions, importance of photography, and a concerning SEO trend (likely due to the AI content crackdown by Google). Long one but good one! @Lane_Barbour

1990 called and it wants its website back from Discounted Stamps UK. In this Website Roast we hit on the some tell-tale signs of a (very) old website, and why psychologically you should try to avoid that. Also cover a few "mistakes by omission." Hope it's not too harsh @samellaway1! 🔥

Not all businesses are a great fit for us as a client. Though many more "are" than "are not." But if I could find a way to get a 20 min call with decision makers at franchise companies... MAN! I mean, we SMASH RECORDS for multi-location businesses on the regular.

If you hire people, this is your competitive advantage. Scrolling by without checking it out is a mistake. Just sayin!
Two years of building. Today is Day 1 of our relentless march to fix hiring for everyone. Hiring sucks. Businesses hate it. Job seekers hate it. Everyone has accepted it as the cost of finding people. The reason is friction. -Friction to post. -Friction to review resumes. -Friction to schedule. -Friction to share. -Friction to contract and onboard. It’s friction. So we built a marketplace designed to remove friction. Made by recruiters, for businesses that don’t have time to recruit. Search a role. Match with the right people in seconds. Watch intro videos. Book interviews for tomorrow. All in under 15 minutes. That’s Scout OS. A searchable marketplace for busy owners and hiring managers who need great people in minutes. Browse 400k candidates with a free profile. Want to interview? $99/mo. Cancel anytime, or when the hire is done. You only pay the success fee after the contract is signed: $1,999. To celebrate our launch, half off for the first 30 days — $999. You get 60 days of hire protection free. Payroll, assessments, and the rest are in the product. After 60 days, $149/mo. Cancel anytime. 200+ businesses are already hiring on it. If you complete a hire in the next 30 days, the success fee is half off— $999. Try it. When it works, send it to a friend. You get 10% back on every hire they make for the first year.

Hot Tip: Your company very likely DOES NOT need a "cookie consent" bar (see why in the video). Spencer has a great company, but has a website that is lacking. I cover how to "fix the leaks" and drive more customers. Watch my Website Roast for @spencerr110 at Golden Plumbing!

NOTHING I’m aware of comes close to hiring with Pavago. Filter pre-vetted talent by role, compensation range, VIDEO intros, etc. Free to search, very cheap to hire. I have hired remote talent using 5+ agencies and tools in the past. Hands down the best. Just sayin.
I have spent 2.5 years bringing a totally new idea to life. In my previous businesses, it was optimizing things that already were well understood. I think it’s basically zero to 1 vs 1-10. Creating something new has been super satisfying. I love making existing things better, but putting something brand new out into the world just hits different.
