Interestingly enough, Ivory resigned because she was working on a story about how I was treating patients with Ivermectin and the success we had! She is an amazing reporter and a great individual!

This evening I had the pleasure of finally meeting Rob Schneider (@RobSchneider) in person. Like many people, I first knew him through his comedy and films, but over the last several years, I have come to appreciate something even more important: his willingness to speak his mind, even when doing so is unpopular. What struck me most was not the celebrity, but the person. Rob was kind, gracious, approachable, and genuinely interested in conversation. In a world where many people carefully calculate every word, it is refreshing to meet someone who values honesty, authenticity, and the courage to stand by his convictions. We may come from different professional backgrounds, but we share a belief that open dialogue, transparency, and the free exchange of ideas are essential. Whether one agrees with him or not, there is something admirable about a person who is willing to ask difficult questions and challenge prevailing narratives. Thank you, Rob, for taking the time to chat and for being exactly the same off stage as you appear to be in public. It was a pleasure meeting you, and I look forward to future conversations.

I am honored to share that I had the privilege of writing the foreword for “Killed to Order” by Jan Jekielek, a courageous and deeply important work that confronts one of the most uncomfortable and consequential ethical issues of our time. This is not an easy book to read, nor should it be, because it forces us to examine realities that many prefer to ignore, and yet as physicians, as citizens, and as human beings, we have a moral obligation to face the truth wherever it leads. Jan is not only a meticulous investigator but also a man of integrity, and I have no doubt this book will resonate globally and very likely reach the New York Times Best Seller list. I strongly encourage everyone to read it, reflect on it, and share it, because silence in the face of ethical darkness is never neutral. Thank you, Jan, for your courage and your friendship. @JanJekielek

Met Nobel Laureate Satoshi Ōmura, who discovered ivermectin in 1974 and won the Nobel Prize in 2015. What moved me most? He donated his royalties to build medical and research facilities. Pure humility. Brilliant mind. Saved countless lives. An honor to share dinner and conversation with him.

This book is about to land—and it matters. Killed to Order by Jan Jekielek is not an easy read, nor is it meant to be. It is a meticulously documented, deeply unsettling examination of China’s organ harvesting industry and what it reveals about the true nature of a regime willing to commodify human life. I had the honor of writing one of the forewords because, as a physician, I believe there are lines medicine must never cross—and this book shows us what happens when those lines are erased. Once you process what’s in these pages, you can’t unsee it, and you shouldn’t. If you care about medical ethics, human rights, or simply the truth, I strongly encourage you to get this book, read it, and share it. Supporting Jan means supporting courageous journalism that still dares to look straight at uncomfortable facts.@JanJekielek @Honest_Medicine

Today marks a critical moment: the publication of our newest peer-reviewed paper, a work that finally centers the patient, acknowledges lived experience, and brings medicine back to its core obligation—listening with honesty and compassion. For years, countless individuals around the world have suffered persistent symptoms after infection and after vaccination, often dismissed, minimized, or told their condition was “stress,” “anxiety,” or “coincidence,” forcing many to navigate unimaginable challenges alone. This paper changes that. It documents emerging biomarkers, persistent spike protein, immune dysregulation, and the biological reality of Post-Acute COVID Vaccination Syndrome, and it calls for a medical culture that validates rather than gaslights, investigates rather than ignores, and protects rather than marginalizes. But beyond the science, this publication carries a message of hope: to every person who has been suffering, you are not invisible, you are not imagining your symptoms, and you are absolutely not alone. Researchers, clinicians, and patient communities are building the diagnostic framework and treatment pathways that should have existed from the start, and every day the scientific world becomes harder to silence. Science is finally catching up to your courage. Stay strong, stay hopeful, and know that we see you, we believe you, and we are fighting for you. This paper is for you, and it is only the beginning.@Honest_Medicine

As I take my flight back to Houston, I’m reflecting on the Brownstone conference and gala — and I have to say, it was powerful. So many brilliant minds, so many courageous voices, and so many honest conversations that you simply don’t hear in mainstream circles anymore. I learned a lot, I shared my own experience, and I leave with even more conviction that independent thinking is not only alive — it is gaining strength. Events like this remind us why we fight: because truth matters, transparency matters, and real science must never be captured again.

Five years after COVID-19 began, censorship still prevails. I post interviews (in Portuguese & Chinese) about truth in medicine, and friends in Canada CAN’T view them due to government restrictions. When did free speech become illegal? Shameful. #Censorship #HonestMedicine #TruthMatters @Honest_Medicine
