I manifested @jonwu_ into my life, and I did four very specific things to make it happen:
1. I stopped consuming all man-hating content. Jokes count. I realized I would say "I don't hate men" but my TikTok would tell a different story. I had been down a bad rabbit hole after a breakup. You are what you consume. I deleted TikTok and never looked back.
2. I re-programmed my energy to be open to men. Instead of having closed off energy to potential suitors, I just told myself, I am open, I am open, I am open. It made dating way more fun and stopped me from judging books by their covers right away.
3. I stopped believing I was in lack of love. This was very important. I used to be so sad about being single. Then one day I woke up, and I decided to list out all of the ways I had love in my life -- my family, my friends, myself -- my whole life was romantic. And how could I be without love if I am love. I stopped going to bed upset, I lived with an energetic, playful and loving energy that was truly oozing from me inner to my outer self.
4. I wrote down 80 words in a notebook about the type of man I wanted to call into my life. My list had 0 attributes, as in I did not write about his wealth, his interests, his height, what he looked like. Instead I focused on qualities: kindness, generosity, deep, loyal, funny. Literally I filled a whole page of qualities only, tore it out of my notebook and put it in the Little Prince.
The day after I wrote the 80 qualities on a page, I was talking to Jon Wu about Joshua tree. I felt a calm voice tell me from my inner world that he was the one.
I had never had such clarity about a man in my life. The rest is history.
Words are magic, energy amplifies it. You want love, be love.
