Give the element you want to participate in the layout transition a name and it figures out the rest
You can morph unrelated elements or change the layout in other ways like in this example

Looking at your recent videos I find the thumbnails confusing and the titles sound AI generated
Most people are on their phones so make sure the thumbnails are legible
I think it helps if you simplify things and use iconography people recognize to grab attention
