Has any major news organization denounced Jack Smith for using the partisan National Archives to obtain communications between Trump officials (and the president himself) and members of Congress? What about members of the press?

Keep in mind--Smith went to Gary Stern, general counsel of NARA, who had already been in cahoots with Biden DOJ and Biden WH in the documents case--to subpoena phone records of 87 White House officials. This is outrageous on its face--Stern produced the records in about 80 days. No litigation, no notice to WH officials, no exec privilege considerations.
The Biden WH once again denied all forms of privilege to permit Stern to quickly turn over the phone records.
If Republicans keep the House and Senate, Stern should be at the TOP of the list of the next set of lawfare perps to interview and investigate. My guess is the public will learn much more about NARA's collusion with top Biden White House lawyers in both docs and Arctic Frost cases.
