Funny how it's always lesbians getting 'transed.' I've seen it in real life since 2018—multiple ex-girlfriends and entire friend groups shifting from lesbian to trans. It's not a "trans ban". It's a ban on men attending Labour's women's conference. If "trans women" (ie. men) can attend the women's conference then it wouldn't be a women's conference anymore, would it? Really struggling to see why people are finding this so complicated.

In the 90s we fought back against men who hit us with 'Do you want to be a man?' and 'Who's the man in your relationship? ' while we were just living free in our tank tops and jeans. That was straight-up misogyny. What happened to this generation? They believed the men. Aliens, scientists, and Sigourney Weaver were smarter than that.

I've watched my ex-girlfriends start identifying as he/him or they/them, changing their names, and stepping away from their own bodies. It first hit me as pure narcissism — like, what the hell is happening? Back in 2018 I saw this wave sweep through lesbian circles, turning women into 'men' as the new trend. Completely agree. As a lesbian, this is hitting us especially hard. Our spaces, our safety, and our rights are being taken away.
