“This morning, we notified the government that we are filing a lawsuit today to protect our First Amendment rights and defend the principle that the government does not decide what the press reports or publishes,” the three news organizations said in a joint statement on Monday. cnn.com/2026/09/21/politics/…

Team Obama rejected more FOIA requests than anyone in history, spied on James Rosen, secretly seized AP phone records and booted several news outlets off of his plane. And not a peep from the liberal press screaming about Trump doing the same now.🤡 FLASHBACK 👇🏻

Hey Kaitlan. Remember that time your fellow journaLIAR on @cnn went on the air calling on Biden to ban @FoxNews from the White House? We sure do!
Well look at this. March, 2021. CNN's Brian Stelter does a segment on if President Biden should remove Fox News from the White House Press Pool. Censorship for thee, just not for me.

Well in that case, Here's a little light reading for you, dipshit. The legal precedent is very clear. All SCOTUS decisions: Houchins v. KQED (1978): The First Amendment does not require the government to give the press access to information or places under government control. It “is neither a Freedom of Information Act nor an Official Secrets Act.” The press’s core protection is the right to communicate information once obtained, not a right to collect it from the government. Pell v. Procunier (1974) and related cases: The press has no constitutional right to information or locations not available to the public generally. Zemel v. Rusk (1965): “Entry into the White House [is not] a First Amendment right. The right to speak and publish does not carry with it the unrestrained right to gather information.”

I just read the First Amendment to make sure I didn't miss anything. Where does it say that a CIA & big-pharma supported corporate news outlet must be protected whenever they demand a seat in the press room, cubicle and broadcast tent on White House grounds? Any law firm would GLADLY take your money because, win or lose, they get paid for your tantrum.

President Trump is designating fake outlets on the left as national security threats. Brilliant.
President Trump just laid out how his administration is going to fight this in court and most people are missing it. 👇 He just called the fake news on the left a "national security threat." That wasn't by accident. That was strategic. Remember, these are the same media outlets who leaked important operational details about the Iran war including that we were running low on missile defense equipment. Why would they do that unless they were wanting to help the enemy? They are also putting targets on the backs of our brave ICE agents calling them terrorists and fake cops. They are not just the enemy of the people. They have become a national security threat to the United States of America.

What do the 3 news organizations think about this:
2018. Don Lemon pushes the Fine People Hoax by deceptively cutting off Trump's speech right before he condemns neo-nazis and white supremacists. Lemon then told his audience that this was proof that Trump is a racist. Don Lemon is not a journalist. CNN's Jake Tapper and Anderson Cooper did the exact same thing that Lemon did. They cut off Trump's speech and told their audiences that Trump never condemned white supremacists. None of them are journalists.

Unfortunately, you must obey an order from the president and not enter the White House. The Constitution was written by the president and for the president, and you all need to respect that.
