To the surprise of no one, men are quitting society. No one wants to deal with the incessant nagging at home and now at work

Makes sense, we are hiring a girl through a temp agency, she's called out 6 times in 1 month, they won't fire her. This shit comes from the banks down. No money for you if you don't participate

That’s a disaster. Women hijacked HR and only hire insane women and foreigners.

🤔 doesn’t look like those data centers or reindustrialization is affecting hiring much

Yeah I gave up long ago, as a white male I simply couldnt get hired anywhere. I saw this white guy resubmit his same resumes that were declined just with a female or indian name, and got a bunch of calls for interviews.

Data center job must go to men. Is that why women are attacking AI?

Aren’t more men self-employed?

You’ve spent the last decade telling men not to go to college in favor of going to unaccredited trade schools or launching a business straight of out high school. What did you think that outcome would be? The average man isn’t intelligent and/or privileged enough for those paths

Men have been systematically kept out of the workforce… When do people start suing because of this?

Women will not hire men. Equality goes out of the window when they are in charge.

HR determine who gets interviewed and can influence the final hiring decision. Most in HR are women and very likely to be feminist. Women have huge in group bias. All that adds up to keeping makes out of the workforce.

Wow. You don't get 101% more in anything unless the system is rigged. That's a crazy stat. It's an impossible number, especially for the sample size.

My manager told me "we need more women". I said "why?" He proceeded with, "We need more diversity and new perspectives". He declined perfectly competent and qualified men just to hire less capable women, just because they are women.

90% of jobs since 2020 went to foreigner. All the gains since the start of the year went to women. I wonder why men are checking out. Then went shit hits the fan there going to look at those same men to save them.. an they wont. Then they'll call us heartless lol.

White males are being purposely pushed out of the workforce. Non-Whites and foreign-born people are being placed in those positions. The few positions that go to White people, go to White women.

It's because most of the new jobs are in the healthcare sector, which men don't want to do.

I work at a Fortune 500. Interviewed for a role I was fully qualified for. Director explained why I didn’t get it: they picked a woman with a healthcare admin degree who’s only been here 4 years. Job requires 7 years + technical degree. I have a Master’s in Engineering + an MBA.
