Matthew Ingalls torched school officials in an email, accusing them of gender discrimination and entrapment. He also claimed, during a phone call with Doe, that she told him that she was completely sober.

Ingalls reportedly told Doe on the phone that she told him that she was completely sober. "You did tell me you were sober, by the way.
