Every backend service should have a /feedback endpoint.
Agents are quickly becoming the heaviest users of most APIs. When one hits a missing feature or a bug, it should be able to say so right there, in a structured way.
If the request makes sense, another agent drafts the PR and a human approves it. Software that improves itself based on what its users actually tried to do speeds up recursive self improvement.

Reminder that Jev is a "system one" model. It does not reason. It categorizes.
It is nearly impossible to know how "complex" a task is purely from a prompt. You need to understand the system the prompt is made in, the tools the agent has access to, and the complexity of what the agent has to work around to complete the work.
Jev has none of this context. Literally zero. It cannot know how hard it is to make a change in your codebase. If you ask an agent to "port this to Rust," it doesn't know if the codebase is a 100-line TypeScript file or if it's a million-line complex application. It doesn't know if your request to fix a bug touches complex pieces of your application or if it's a simple two-line change.
Jev is awesome, but it is not built for this. In order to know how much thinking a task requires, you have to think. Jev does not "think".

Since we launched the first decision model in July, we've been concerned that models like ours (and now Jev) can't answer basic logic that a 12yo can solve.
A ball is under cup A. Swap cups A and B. Swap cups B and C. Swap cups A and B. Swap cups A and C. Which cup is the ball under?
Do you really care about a 200ms answer if it gets basic stuff confidently wrong?
Today @levantolabs releases Sage1:
– It's multimodal: it can see!
– It reasons, but only when needed. So it knows where the cup is :)
But there are downsides.
