Even if you dislike Gooseworx as a person it’s kinda odd seeing people use the artist’s personal life to demean their art, not even a JKR situation where supporting her hurts trans people, maybe I’ve been in too many movie circles where that’s a necessary thing

Idk I viewed that response as a tacit admission that the jokes were in fact unfunny (honestly at least one of the old jokes were pretty funny purely as a time capsule)

Well I mean she implies it but it’s the way she went about addressing it that people had a problem with Cuz it wasn’t just her admitting her jokes were unfunny, it was basically her saying “Welp sorry you were offended by my humor. Should have made it funnier at least”
