At a time when critical environmental protections are being attacked at the federal level, the responsibility to protect our planet matters even more. Proud to celebrate Illinois’ environmental leaders and the Illinois Environmental Council at their 2026 Leadership Reception.

This is insane! The @NHL is well aware that this post supports Russia's worst criminals, and the NHL will bear responsibility for more people killed and maimed in Russia's imperialist war in Ukraine. And yet, they did it. For the NHL, human lives do not come first!

He has lost his mind.
Reporter: "What do you say to those who are struggling to afford gas, groceries, diesel?" Trump: You're losers. It's the greatest. If you're struggling in this economy, you're a loser. There's your midterm messaging from the GOP

I’ve asked @NITA_Chicago to take on the challenge of making autonomous vehicles part of our regional transit planning from the beginning & I’m confident that they’re ready to do it. AVs shouldn’t compete w/CTA, Metra & Pace; they should complete the system: closing first & last mile gaps, expanding access for seniors & ppl w/disabilities & better serving communities where transportation options are limited. The tech. is imminent. We should shape how it works for riders before it gets to us.

Illinois has always been a place where big ideas become real. Powered by our research institutions, universities, extraordinary talent, and one of the world's most sophisticated manufacturing ecosystems. That tradition isn't just a part of our history; it's defining our future.

We are under siege by a petty, narcissistic man in Washington.

Chicago just experienced the fewest amount of September homicides since 2010. We are going to continue investing in programs that prevent crime and save lives until we drive that number down to zero.

Come on Maine!! Please disappoint Susan Collins and finally send her packing!
BREAKING: Republican Susan Collins surges to a 42% chance to win Maine's Senate election, narrowing the gap with Troy Jackson. The race is now rated a "Tossup" in our Midterms Hub.

A failed, elitist president, alienated from the world and surrounded by his taxpayer-funded vanity projects as the country crumbles around him. Pathetic.
