Cancer touches us all. It doesn’t care how you vote—and the fight to prevent it and catch it early is one that brings us together across party lines. I was so grateful to join the bipartisan Annual Action for Cancer Awareness Awards Luncheon of @PreventCancer’s #CongressionalFamilies Program, led by my wife Lisa. Congratulations to this year’s honorees: @SpeakerPelosi, actress and advocate Amanda Peet, and congressional spouses Colleen Peters & Heather Obernolte. All are cancer prevention leaders who use their platform to support this important work!

The Panchen Lama, a key figure in Tibetan Buddhism, was abducted and disappeared in 1995 and has not been seen or heard from since.
