#MMTLP - My patient wife @boondockerm600 attended @RepRussFulcher campaign meeting tonight in Bonners Ferry Idaho. She asked @RepRussFulcher if he was going to address fraud and collusion coming from @FINRA and @SECGov in regards to #MMTLP and the perpetrated fraud that FOIAs revealed. He Obuscated acting like he did not know what #MMTLP is. This is NOT true! @boondockerm600 and myself have been to his office in Coeur D Alene, Idaho multiple times. Spoke to staff, even spoke to him in telephone town Halls. We Emailed him! Lier,
Lier, pants on fire! He told us this in not an issue he can address in current committee he is serving on. Told us he will not take on the @SECGov. He is not an elected official that has the fortitude to do the job that he is elected to do! To represent his constituents! Hard pass on @RepRussFulcher just as a note he told @boondockerm600 not to vote for him after in conversation. Is this a man you want to represent IDAHO?

President Trump has stated unequivocally that individuals who defraud the American public will face substantial incarceration. Under his proposed legislation, probation would be eliminated for perpetrators targeting Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security. Penalties would be proportional to the amount misappropriated, with repeat offenders subject to doubled sentences.
He further indicated that state and local officials who possess knowledge of fraud and the authority to prevent it, yet fail to act, could be held personally liable for the full amount of taxpayer losses incurred. “This legislative proposal will compel fraudsters to reconsider their actions before continuing to exploit the American public, and it will similarly deter corrupt officials from ignoring preventable fraud,” he remarked.
This standard should extend to government employees and officials who facilitate or overlook fraud, not solely external actors. Fraud must be prosecuted, funds recovered, and enablers held accountable.
The Office of Congressional Ethics (@CongressEthics)—the independent oversight body for the House—along with the House and Senate ethics committees, should classify the knowing tolerance of fraud as an ethical violation. Representative Russ Fulcher (@RepRussFulcher) is identified as a primary example; he was reportedly informed more than three years ago and on multiple subsequent occasions.
