@GoToImpulse announced a $308M extension to its Series D round yesterday—bringing the round’s total to $808M.
The company announced the first $500M in June, at a $4.26B valuation. New reports estimate that the valuation for the extension has risen to $5.4B.
“The extension reflects the demand we’re seeing from both our customers and investors, and the momentum across the business even in the last few weeks,” founder and CEO @lrocket told Payload via email.

Two Miras — less than 200 meters apart!
Our LEO Express 2 and LEO Express 3 spacecraft recently met for a family reunion in orbit, following a series of carefully coordinated maneuvers that brought the two vehicles within approximately two football fields of each other.
The operation put Mira's flight-proven agility to work, with our GNC, propulsion, and mission ops teams executing multiple complex maneuvers and close approaches along the way.
