I’m gonna get two dogs next year. They will be named Hexumlite and Clavicular
Hexumlite started CRASHING OUT about the blackpill after repeatedly getting rejected while cold approaching 💀 “I’m starting to get pissed the f-ck off not gonna lie to you, because at the end of the day if it was a 6’8” f-cking Chad that asked you that you would figure out a way to hang out so I’m a little f-cking pissed. Not at you but at the whole f-cking blackpill itself. You know what blackpill is?”

Let me know how it goes gang.
BREAKING: Zuckerberg just described the near-future of computing, and it has nothing to do with screens. His call: within 5 years, every person on Earth has a personal AI that knows their life, understands their goals, and does the work for them. Not a chatbot. Not a search box. An agent that is deeply, intimately embedded in how you live. When the person building the social layer for 3 billion people says this is where we're going, it's not a prediction. It's a roadmap. Is the personal AI agent the most valuable product anyone can build right now?

it's hard to believe that just 18 short months ago there was no way to reserve a table at a restaurant or purchase airline tickets

Reduced risk significantly on my discretionary stuff. Been hedged against IWM, which has limited drawdown significantly but just kind of over it until I see the chartacter of this market change. Been a good year. Why beat my head against the wall.

“Trend following is an especially versatile diversifier of macroeconomic risks: While most portfolios prefer stable macroeconomic conditions, trend following has the opposite pattern. It can take long or short positions across many macro-sensitive assets and has tended to thrive in both inflationary and disinflationary bear markets, including both the 2022 inflation shock and the Global Financial Crisis.” aqr.com/Insights/Research/Al…

Here is my old thread on CAGR. Good to remind people on this platform what kind of insane capital growth is possible with a high CAGR e.g. 20%. The most important thing is to try to build an investment framework that enables you to deliver good returns over a very long period.
Here is a table showing how different CAGR shows up as multiplier over a long period 25 years. Any CAGR above 20% will give absolute insane returns over a very long-period. The growth in portfolio value will quickly put in limitations unless you started with a tiny portfolio. 1/x

After nearly 30 years helping wealthy families, I discovered something that completely changed how I think about money. Very few people became wealthy because they found the "next big thing." They became wealthy because they repeatedly did the boring things. • They stayed invested. • They spent less than they earned. • They avoided lifestyle inflation. • They kept their marriages together. • They paid attention to taxes. • They owned quality assets. • They ignored the daily financial news. • They stayed healthy enough to enjoy it. Wealth isn't built by one brilliant decision. It's built by thousands of ordinary ones.
