Might be one of the worst bullshit MeToo cases we've ever seen.
There was no sexual assault forensic exam and no rape kit
There was no blood alcohol measurement from the alleged incident
There was no toxicology test showing another drug or sedative.
There was no biological or DNA evidence tied to the alleged assault.
She gave the documented police interview 377 days later
On steam she is smiling, sitting next to him, talking, then kissing him after saying she is drunk.
She filed the civil lawsuit first, then went to the police with her lawyer.
On stream she said she was 18.
Police treated one person as the first complaint witness. That witness said the complainant had not specifically told her, or anyone, that Peters did anything.
There was no early, detailed account given to another person that police could use to lock in the story close in time.
Her own story of that night is not “I was passed out the whole time.” She describes being awake for making out and for sex in more than one position.
The amount of alcohol is imprecise. She described it as two or three shots, then said they were not really shots and were more like cups. There is no objective reconstruction of how much she drank.
Months later she voluntarily made contact again and accepted an invitation to stream with him.
The civil suit said she was 16 at Cape Cod. The criminal file says 17. Can't even get her age straight.
She asked about working as a bottle girl at his club afterwards.
After the alleged incident she sent affectionate and romantic material, including the “I want you” message and she wrote that she would give him her loyalty.

As someone from Miami who has met and interacted with @clavicular in person (even been on his stream ) I can tell you that i wholeheartedly believe in
