I think this is a bad idea. Once a grant has been negotiated, executing the payment can take time. If ETH suddenly drops 20% during that period, it helps no one. The way to support the Ethereum ecosystem would be to use an ETH-based stablecoin, like RAI used to be.
Starting June 10, ETH will become the default payment method for all newly approved grants. 🦄
This brings our grant-making closer to the Ethereum ecosystem we support.
This change applies to new applications submitted on or after June 10.

A single court order just froze the entire confidential cUSDC token contract of Zama.
At Zama it hit mostly a hacker's funds, so it stayed clean.

Don’t want whales tampering with resolutions. The NHL partnership could help if used for official validation though Cucurella’s handball took months to be verified by UEFA.

Deposits were even blocked in the smart contract.

How on earth are USDai yields sustainable? Slightly over peg at 1.02$ and sUSDai at 1.05$ it's still just too good to be true. Pendle PT yields are even crazier. A stablecoin that is mostly backed by T-Bills can't possibly be this fruitful. Incentive season it is
