Today, we’re shipping updates to @Rippling AI that make it easier to deploy data connections, skills, and automations safely across your org. They’re available to every employee, but they’re managed centrally and they’re auditable.

Today, we're launching Monaco into General Availability. We onboarded several hundred hypergrowth startups during our beta. Founders step on every rake in the garden trying to figure out the Valley. I know, because my forehead is full of rake marks. I decided to interview some of the best investors about where the rakes are hidden in a new series called First Principles, starting with @saranormous.

Nobody wants to switch their HCM system (or any system really) 2x in 12 or even 24 months, so important to make sure you think about where your vendors are going vs just where they are today. Low R&D investment = same legacy product for years to come.
Rippling will spend as much on R&D in 2024 as Paycom, Paylocity, and Paycor combined. If you are a customer of those systems, you will be a victim of their "just keep the lights on" strategy for years to come.
