Aucun suspense. Vous dites vouloir négocier, tout en annonçant que l’offensive continuera pendant les négociations. Et c’est précisément là le problème : une guerre de cette ampleur crée sa propre inertie. Industrie, budgets, production militaire, chaînes logistiques, effectifs… tout est désormais lancé.
