Quick clarification because a lot happened the last weeks.
I was heavily invested in
$VALEO and had many long conversations with people around the project. From what I understand now, the main issue was not necessarily the vision or tech itself, but internal problems, execution, communication, and disagreements around adoption/strategy.
A large part of the team split off a few weeks ago and started building something new:
@trynullsec -
$NSEC.
After spending hours talking with them, checking the docs, product direction, PMF focus, and overall strategy, I personally believe this new direction has much stronger short-term potential.
The difference for me is simple:
Old Valeo often felt too early and too focused on building the entire future stack at once.
Nullsec feels focused on an immediate problem:
AI security, MCP trust infrastructure, secure vibe-coding, AI-native audits, and protecting autonomous software.
That market already exists NOW.
Still super early, still high risk, still needs execution. But after reviewing the tech direction and speaking directly with the founder/team, I see a real opportunity here.
That’s why I decided to pivot my focus toward Nullsec.
