There are men who will watch you struggle to communicate your needs, dismiss your feelings, and call you difficult for wanting more. Then there are men who will sit with you and genuinely ask how they can love you better.

When we talk about family planning, many people think it is only for women. But men have an option too, called VASECTOMY.
Vasectomy is a simple surgical procedure that prevents a man from fathering children. It works by blocking the tubes that carry sperm into the semen.
✅ It is a permanent method of contraception.
✅ It does not reduce a man's testosterone level.
✅ It does not affect sexual desire, erection or the ability to enjoy sex.
✅ It does not protect against sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
Vasectomy is best for men who are sure they do not want to have more children. It should be considered carefully because reversal is not guaranteed.

I did Jadelle implant 3 months after birth, I was weighing 76kg. First came the hunger, then heat, then the weight. I moved from 76kg- 90kg in five months.
When I first noticed the weight, I started green tea and went on a diet, added exercise to it. The only problem was that I was adding about 1kg weekly, it was scary.
Immediately I clocked 90kg, I removed it. I have been battling the weight and till date, I have not been able to go below 80kg.
