The market is already correcting in several places including #Denver/#Boulder. I just lowered the price of my home another $50,000 which is $250,000 lower than 18 months ago. No one is moving here and the people here are staying in their over-priced homes thinking the market will rebound.

Teachers in CO can’t afford to live where they teach, they’re having to take 2nd & 3rd jobs to make ends meet & we’re losing them to other states.
I'll fight to make sure they're paid fairly,expand programs like loan forgiveness & ensure they can afford to live where they teach.

The USPS election rules are all about providing chain-of-custody of your ballot through their system and to make sure that a ballot is legal. @pweiser and @JenaGriswold don't want any chain-of-custody for their "Gold Standard" because they cannot dump truckloads of illicit ballots to the post office.

Do these morons actually listen to themselves? They say that Trump cannot interfere in elections but the Executive Branch does set the regulations over federal elections AND the USPS is under the Executive Branch. If this is the case, then mail-in ballots ARE ILLEGAL because the USPS is part of the Executive Branch. There is currently ZERO chain-of-custody for a ballot once it hits the USPS. The new regulations are proposed to make it so illegal ballots are not transmitted through the USPS and a chain-of-custody exists. Why are states fighting this so hard?
If what Trump is doing is illegal, then using the USPS to return voted ballots IS illegal. You can't have your cake and eat it too.

This is scary and should be unconstitutional. They are now looking for pre-crime. I don't know who is behind this, but it needs to stop NOW! They seem to be seeking out people who haven't committed crimes to catch them at something. As any cop knows, they can always find some minor infraction to create probable cause for a traffic stop and expand it into something else. THIS IS BIG BROTHER AND THE POLICE STATE.

To all of you almond juice drinking, Prius driving, data center haters, your almond juice for your lattes take 6 times more water and your electric cars consume 3 times as much electricity as data centers. Your air conditioners consume 2 times more electricity as data centers. I can't see you giving up those virtue signalling luxuries anymore than you giving up TikTok or OnlyFans. Do you know that we've always had data centers around? In the old days we called them central offices and head-ends. They belonged to the telephone and cable companies, respectively, and they consumed more resources on the aggregate. Today we do so much more in those offices with orders of magnitude less resources.

If anyone thinks the Colorado voter roll is an accurate representation of eligible voters in the state, they are being a fool to themselves and a burden to others.
The current public voter roll shows that in addition to 190 active status Colorado registrants whose ballot mailing addresses are in the Republic of Korea (South Korea), there are also six brave Coloradans who have somehow or other snuck across the demilitarized zone and are allegedly temporarily or permanently living in the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea).
Of course, if you have an overseas mailing address on the Colorado voter roll, you get to vote electronically so it doesn’t really matter where you say you live, overseas or in the U.S.
Curiously, of the six Coloradans who are alleged North Korean residents, five voted in November 2024 and four of them were registered Democrats.
Geography is NOT one of the Colorado Secretary of State’s strong suits.
Then again, neither is election integrity.
