Thread 1/2 The strangest thing about losing your phone isn’t losing your contacts. It’s realizing someone else may have been using it before you noticed. A few months ago, Marcus misplaced his phone at a restaurant. He searched everywhere but eventually gave up and bought another one. Three days later, his old phone was returned to him. Everything looked normal. Until he opened his Notes app. There was a note he didn’t write. It contained only one sentence: “I know you’re looking for me.” He laughed it off. Then he noticed the timestamp. The note had been created two days after he lost the phone. ---
