The obvious is missing. So we built Sol - hellosol.app Sol finds the work itself, does it, and comes back for your approval. Every day in our emails we say "I’ll shareā€, "I'll reviewā€, "I'll get back" - then repeat the exact same thing to an AI. Why? Sol finds everything you said you’d do & gets them started for you. It does the research, creates the doc, builds the slides, finds the time, connects the dots across multiple emails, doing everything it takes to get the job done - but doesn’t send, schedule, or share anything until you approve. Sol runs on its own computer, uses a browser, and has a library of skills that automatically get assigned to the work that needs to get done. No setup. It just starts working. We've raised $4M from General Catalyst, Nexus Venture Partners, DeVC, PeerCheque, Kunal Shah, and a few others. Extending early access now. @generalcatalyst @nexusvp @DeVC_Global @peercheque @neerajarora @b_jishnu @kunalb11 @miten @RTinkslinger @Rahul_J_Mathur @AkarshS27 @SiddhantD06 @RajatAgarwal167

the fragility of product/market is shown each week in the never ending race as AI models improve improve improve newer models make prior ones obsolete, showing that PMF isn’t just about your product’s features, but how it compares to alternatives across the ecosystem Product/market fit follows the frontier. What was perfectly good and powerful one week is ignored the next. I know that a few months ago I thought Opus 4.5 was amazing. Today I can’t imagine using it when Opus 5 is available Thus your moat depends on your ability to deliver the next innovation, then the next after that…

v3 of Alfred is here. it builds a model of you as you work: 1. projects you're on 2. what you've decided 3. what you've come to believe and coaches you from that. compounds continuously. github.com/mitensampat/alfre…
the most valuable AI products will not be agents. they will be coaches. software that changes behaviour > software that clicks buttons for you. built an AI coach for myself, calling it alfred

solid progress @_sankyy @invideoOfficial global benchmark AI tools from India šŸ™Œ let’s go!
Last week Physion Labs published an independent benchmark of AI video agents. Invideo wasn't in it. We requested them to include us. Results are out. invideo Agent One is #1. We are number #1 on 12 of the 16 individual metrics. Never falling below #2

.@travisk great interview with @bhorowitz and @eriktorenberg 8 years ago when you announced I had a hunch you might name it Atoms bon chance šŸ‘Š
big idea by @travisk 1) buy up a REIT of relatively underperforming commercial real-estate in city "cores" 2) turn into "flexible infrastructure for the on-demand economy" 3) AWS for Atoms (not bits) good luck !

if you are truly serious about the craft, you have to make your own tools. best players realize this; then they are hard to catch.

last couple weeks have been a great test for Commit app šŸ˜€ latest release: - 10x faster, smarter auto-resolutions - higher signal commits only - @find talk to our chat history generally available now, no wait list: mitensampat.github.io/commit… to being more with-it !
we make & break 100s of commitments on @whatsapp every week "i will send it" "let me get back to you" then they slowly drop so i built Commit it understands conversations like a human. what you owe. what people owe you. automatically closes loops mitensampat.github.io/commit

We were first investors with Kunal in both Freecharge and @CRED_club and have had a front row seat, watching Kunal create new categories. Cred would not be here without Kunal’s incredible vision and leadership. Cred is in a terrific spot today. With strong market share in core categories, incredible distribution and user love, significant revenue scale, a world class team working together for many years and a rock solid balance sheet. I am excited about the next phase of Cred, which will be about consistent and profitable compounding and an accelerated journey to IPO. Looking forward to working with Miten and the team on this next phase. @peakxvpartners @CRED_club @kunalb11 @miten @mickymalka
It’s been a minute. 2015–2018 - Exited FreeCharge. Spent time learning and investing. - Pondered about: Why can't trust be rewarded? Started with $1M of personal capital. - Launched CRED to reward people for paying credit card bills on time. 2019–2025 - Built a system run by a team that values ownership, judgment, and craft. - Grew from 0 to 17M members by aligning incentives with behaviour. - Built several products during COVID lockdowns. - Raised $900M+ from global investors. Did 4 ESOP buybacks. - Made Indiranagar and IPL ads slightly more interesting. - Received a full stack of regulatory licences. - Lost 35 kilos. - Scaled from 0 to ~$325M ( ~₹3,200 crore) in annual revenue across payments, lending, insurance, commerce, wealth, and credit cards. 2026 - First profitable quarter (yet occasionally asked what our business model is) - Raised another $900M from Meta in primary and secondary capital. - Announcing our 5th ESOP buyback. Today CRED is ready for its next phase. I am stepping back and @miten steps in as interim CEO, partnered with an incredibly talented team. He has been heading strategy and finance and suffering me since 2020. I’m stepping away from the operating role and will continue as a shareholder. My commitment doesn’t change. Just the role. Extremely grateful to our members, partners, regulators, and investors who made this possible. And to our board, Shailendra, Micky, Saurabh for their extraordinary conviction. Team CRED, I’ll still expect you to be a 10x version of yourselves. As for me, I’ll be joining Meta to lead WhatsApp globally. Meta comes in as a minority investor in CRED. No access to member data. While it’s come very far, the delta between WhatsApp today and its full potential is massive. I look forward to working with Mark, Chris, and the leadership across Meta for the next step in WhatsApp’s journey. Will, thank you for scaling something the world relies on quietly, and for making this transition smooth. Onwards.

In 2020 when I joined @kunalb11 at CRED, I was drawn to the incredible team and a contrarian idea – ā€œnot everyone gets itā€ we had ~1M members & $750M TPV fast forward to 2026, CRED’s impact among India’s most creditworthy is clear, we now serve 17M members & process $100B in TPV we’ve built with taste, always keeping our members' trust & financial progress as our north star this momentum is the outcome of ambition, craft, ownership and relentless standards of our team at CRED. Meta’s $900M minority investment is a booster in our plans to build an enduring institution with an eventual public listing. Meta will be a passive financial investor with no-access to customer data. Kunal: thanks for being thankless and always 5x-ing each target. proud to build the next phase of CRED with the best team in Indian fintech. back to work šŸš€
