Would you kindly allow BYD to compete with Tesla? Millions of Americans might appreciate having access to affordable electric vehicles instead of being told which cars they’re allowed to buy. After all, competition is the backbone of capitalism, isn’t it? Or does that principle suddenly disappear when the competition becomes a little too good?
