Another day of building my first SaaS product. Today I did some major architectural changes today. Some people might think I'm going in circles, but I’m just improving the product each time. Since I'm pretty new to production environments, I'm learning a ton of new stuff every day. My attempts to talk to people in supply chain haven't really gone anywhere yet, but I'm staying focused and keeping at it. I'm planning to share updates on my progress with everyone here.

Back from vacation and honestly, struggling to get back into work. Today is one of those days where I'm just sitting with my laptop thinking... wtf am I even building? Will this actually scale? Did I underestimate how hard building a SaaS is? I've reached out to people, but haven't heard back from anyone yet. And yeah, it gets frustrating. Some days I feel like I'm figuring things out. Some days I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing. Today is one of those days. My setup today? My laptop, my bed, and my heart designed blanket. But I'm still here. Still working.
