"You can't win an unfair game by playing fair" I think in the current job market.... If you are not going to lie on your resume or in interview... you are not going to make it.... I know few people, who are updating their resume for every job, writing all the skills in their resume to match job description. When they get interview call, they are doing crash course & learning some skills before interview.... HRs only see whether resume is matching the job description or not.... they don't see you are honest or lying So... Never play fair in a game where others cheat.

One colleague confessed to me that she likes a guy from office. I knew the guy, he is a friendly guy, usually doesn't talk with all, but when he makes friends, he is sweet with them all. Somehow she took that sweetness part that he likes her, and she wants to marry him..
