I needed a centralized dashboard to house everything I wanted to look at: A snapshot of my investments The current forex rates, as well as oil and gold My home-lab status, CPU/RAM/SSD1/SSD2 My sites availability and response times Logs when my sites are down Other event logs for signups/payments/ect Quick links to other sites and pages A world clock And even a notepad. But I did not want to spin up multiple heavy services like n8n and grafana, so I build it myself. Para-Scope is a lightweight dashboard and event hub, designed for individuals or small teams. - It can poll sources, both local and online - Receive webhooks - Fully authenticated - Take action based on rules, like update a logbook or push a notification server, or populate shared/global data fields - And finally display everything on a fully customizable(Drag&Drop) dashboard. Style the dashboard with different themes and a opaque background and you're golden. This is a free and open source project, and I would love it if you have a look. github.com/MrBlindMouse/para…

In plain, non political, speech. Stop fighting us Elon. Just let us steal 30% of your company. We are so gracious, we will let you keep 70%. Of course we'll tax the living hell out of that 70% and we will tell you who you can hire, when you're allowed to fire them and we'll change the rules whenever our greed increases. JUST LET US STEAL 30% of your company

Holy-ly shit, these fucking corrupt and rasict polititians STILL want 30% of the most successful man in the world! Fuck off!!!
BREAKING: South Africa’s Deputy Communications Minister Mondli Gungubele has publicly urged Elon Musk to bring Starlink to the country. 🇿🇦 He said: • The government is still talking with Starlink • Starlink could be a game-changer for people facing expensive or unreliable internet • Musk could invest significantly in his country of birth • Meeting the 30% ownership rule would still leave 70% of the value and profits • Both sides should work together to reduce inequality “I hope Elon is listening.”

assumed nobody was using it. took the server down when render started debiting my card.
today someone sent me a dm: “did you take it down? i use it, i wanted to recommend it.” that’s the part that messes with you.

Hey @grok, whats the def of 'scarcity mindset'?
The peanut gallery is almost as eager to tell me how to spend my tokens as they are to tell me how to spend my money. But it's all grounded in a weird scarcity mindset. I don't have a token limit! I'll never be able to use all the tokens I could easily afford.

The point of man is to build, create, and improve the lives of others. The number on the screen is not relevant.

AI is cool and badass. I like it. No, it's not the end of the world. We can "contain" it. Now I will rant for a moment about what I dislike about AI. I strongly dislike when large corporations try to inject AI into every product, essentially forcing us to use AI. I also strongly dislike when people use AI for every small little thing in their life, such as leaving comments on websites like Xitter, YouTube, Reddit, etc. It defeats the entire purpose of leaving a comment on something... you're supposed to share YOUR thoughts, not an AI agents generated string output. It's goofy. I also strongly dislike the nonsense blabbering of AI propaganda, how it will destroy the world, or how companies need to "contain it", essentially acting as means to corner the AI model market, trying to strip it away from individuals who may want to host it locally. It's a facade of "Only WE can do AI, not YOU", whilst charging absurd fees for usage. I also dislike AI nerds who try to tell me to use AI to do things I do simply because I enjoy doing them. Yes, maybe an AI agent could reverse engineer faster than me, or code faster than me, but I do it because I enjoy it. AI is an excellent tool to enhance work flows, or learn (assuming it doesn't hallucinate). Okay, that's all I want to say about AI for today.
I really need more big names in cybersecurity to come forward and state the obvious: cybersecurity is real and works and yes we absolutely can contain an AI even if it’s extremely good at finding zero days.

I heard from someone who recently left the DA's admin side that they are running an active campaign to counter my social media postings. He even showed me some of the conversations they have had. They actually have WhatsApp groups that share my posts and tell their activists to go and comment on my posts to derail the conversation. This makes me so happy because this tells me one thing: I am over the target, and they are doing everything in their power to try and deflect from you knowing the truth. So now that I have recovered fully and had a couple of days to refocus and prepare for this election, let me say the following... Send as many bot accounts, paid-for activists and DA loyalists to comment on my social media; I will not stop speaking the TRUTH because, as much as the DA wants to tell you I'm lying, they can't deny the following: - John Steenhuisen, as the leader of the DA, sold you out in the White House in favour of Cyril Ramaphosa's ANC. - John Steenhuisen, as the Minister of Agriculture, chose state control over the interests of farmers and refused to give them private access to vaccines to fight Foot and Mouth. - Dean Macpherson, as the Minister of Public Works, is in charge of implementing EWC and refused to speak out against it in his court papers and famously said that nil compensation doesn't mean zero. - Siviwe Gwarube, as Minister of Basic Education, said before the election that the Bela Act was ANC School Capture; now she is directly implementing this policy, and the DA's threats of court action against it have completely disappeared. - The DA lost in court when they tried to abuse the ratepayers by linking property values to rates and tax charges. The court said it was illegal and unconstitutional and needed to be rectified. - John Steenhuisen called all God-fearing conservative South Africans "AfriMaga" and said that their values and principles don't align with those of the DA. There are many other examples of blatant insults to their current voter base, but also clear evidence of how they are willing to sing a different song to whoever is in front of them to secure votes. I will not stop exposing this, and I will continue to promote the amazing work that the @VFPlus is doing. Ask yourself, who is the best-performing minister currently in the GNU. Out of all the "superstars" the DA could put together, how is it possible that VF Plus Minister Pieter Groenewald is showing them all how it's done? The answer is simple: Oom Pieter is simply leading by example, implementing his conservative beliefs and remaining steadfast in the values and principles of the VF Plus. The exact same thing the Freedom Front Plus is telling our voters we will do if you vote for us. Let us be your watchdogs against communists and woke liberals in councils around South Africa. VFPlus of NIKS!
