Today's Senate procedural vote on the CLARITY Act (H.R. 3633) fell short of the 60 votes needed to open floor debate. The legislative path may have stalled, but the need for clear, workable rules for U.S. digital asset markets has not. We now look to the SEC & CFTC to help provide that clarity.
