To us, the new-baby politicians: understand that politics is a game of seasons. The same Atiku and other big politicians you see being celebrated today have been insulted, abused and attacked by some of the very people now calling them their beloved leaders. So stay grounded. Don’t take today’s praise or insults too seriously. Political choices change, alliances shift, and tomorrow’s reality may be completely different from today’s. Stay humble, stay focused, and let your actions speak.

Don’t build your career around what is available in your hometown. Build your career around where the opportunities are. Apply outside your state. Relocate if necessary. Learn. Network. Grow. Your background should be your foundation, not your limitation. 🎓

Northern graduates, please take Graduate Trainee opportunities seriously. Don’t look at the salary alone. Look at the training, exposure, network and experience you will gain. Your first job doesn’t have to be your dream job. It just needs to open the door. 🚪🎓

After taking my time to research Isa Ashiru Kudan and look into his records, I honestly don’t see him as the right person to govern Kaduna State. I believe his record speaks for itself, and the people of Kaduna deserve to look beyond political sentiments and ask serious questions about the kind of leadership he can offer. To me, some of those pushing for him are more interested in settling political scores and getting back at the current administration because of their loyalty to El-Rufai. It feels more like a personal battle for them than a genuine concern for the future of Kaduna State. Supporting someone just to get revenge is not the same as supporting someone because you believe they can deliver. Kaduna’s future should be bigger than anybody’s political grudge.

This is why only few knows the Chevron GT pay. The more you guys do this, the more you will never get to know the actual numbers. Someone can tell you their package in confidence and then you come to twitter and paste everything for engagement. HRs are also here, reading and observing all these things....

Stop doing disservice to your career
To my Northern graduates, please don’t limit yourself because of the job location. If you come across a Graduate Trainee opportunity, apply. Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, or anywhere else apply. Your first job is an opportunity to learn, gain experience, build your network and position yourself for bigger opportunities. Don’t let location stop you. Apply first. 🎓

Yesterday, we celebrated 41 new Executive Trainees who successfully completed their Training School with an outstanding performance of almost 90% across the board. Beyond the impressive results, what stood out was their passion, energy, and eagerness to learn. It was truly inspiring to see the commitment they brought throughout the programme. We are thrilled to welcome them to the team and excited to see the impact they will make as they begin this next chapter of their journey with us. Congratulations once again, guys! 🎉

The last time I went to Abuja, I didn’t use my private car; I used commercial transport. The journey started from Command Junction, and I expected to be dropped at the Mabushi Under-Bridge Park. To my surprise, I was taken to a newly built terminal that looked almost like a train station. On my way back, I used the same terminal. I even shared pictures with some friends, and they thought I had travelled by train. That experience made me appreciate what the Kaduna State Government is doing in transforming our transport system. Governor @ubasanius administration is constructing modern, centralised transport terminals in Kaduna, including the Kakuri Southern Terminal and the ultra-modern Eastern Terminal in Millennium City. The idea goes beyond simply building a park; it is about bringing transport operators under a structured system, improving passenger experience, easing congestion, strengthening regulation and enhancing security. The Kakuri terminal, for instance, is designed to bring operators together in one modern facility, while the wider transport reforms are addressing the proliferation of illegal motor parks that have created security and traffic-management challenges. And the economic impact matters too. These facilities create opportunities for transport workers, traders, service providers and other businesses around them. The state government says the three major terminal projects are expected to create more than 20,000 direct and indirect jobs. This is what infrastructure should look like: something you can physically experience, something that makes movement easier, creates economic opportunities and makes our cities more organised and secure. Kaduna is not just building terminals; it is building a more organised transport system for the future. Our people-oriented Governor, @ubasanius, is getting it done. @OzoMusty @Better_Kaduna @abdoulrahman_i @Abdool85 @Waspapping_ @jibreelKhalil @woye1 @The_Umdazz @Ahmad_Gogel @flexiblenancy @Minikothe3rd

All thanks to Malam Nasir Elrufai and his team for making it a reality. At that time, Baban Hamza, you and your principal were his top critics. What a time to be alive. Today, his team are labelled betrayers after putting in the work 😅

Twitter is the wild, wide West. It’s dog-eat-dog territory, and if you’re weak, you’ll get feasted on. The best way to survive is to have multiple personalities, reciprocate the energy, and most importantly, when engaging a madman, be prepared to act like one yourself.
On this platform, you need more than money and power to survive. You need thick skin and an Agberonian personality. Na why them give Bello Elrufai breathing space.😂 The kind of insults and character assassination you’ll get from random people, only an Agberonian spirit can save you from. Sometimes, you even have to dig crude oil for people who dug a pothole for you.😭 Court or jail won’t always give you the fairness you deserve. Sometimes it’s simply insult for insult, defamation for defamation, clout for clout, because on this side of Twitter, lawsuit threats often just create more content. Na only Opay people dey fear drag. Dem no dey threaten, dem deliver.😂😭🤌🏾
