Nuno Mendes absolutely is Portugal’s best player and he had to spend all of the World Cup clash with Spain marking Lamine Yamal because the kid was just that dangerous. it even broke him in the end!

It's a very rare thing for a fullback, but he's both PSG's and Portugal's best player by a longshot. If Portugal want to win anything beyond the Nations League, they need to build a side around maximizing his strengths. He's a once in a generation, game breaking LB.

A woman wearing an “Israel Kills Children” shirt stood outside of our kosher bakery here in Pico-Robertson today. Jewish teens came to the rescue, singing “Am Yisrael Chai” and waving Israeli flags behind her. Antisemitism is not welcome in the heart of Jewish Los Angeles.

That spanish team would have gotten annihilated by Nuno Mendes alone if Lamine wasn’t on his side. In the nations league where Lamine had an off game. Nuno killed them alone. Doku was defending Lamine in that Quarterfinal as well. 2 players that would have hurt Spain differently.
