@ratspeakorg is a transport-agnostic encrypted mesh with an app layer on top. the network underneath is reticulum: cryptographic identities, no accounts, no phone numbers, no dns, no required cloud. packets hop over lora, bluetooth, wifi, tcp, i2p, whatever can move bytes.

why this is bigger than chat:

-pushing v4 adoption
-multichain dominance (expanding to new changes, robinhood, avalanche, megaeth) with unified fee infrastructure
-professionalize operations with legal structure (DUNI), budgets, delegates incentives (aka corporatization ahead of clarity act) - the type of things you do to attract institutional capital
permissionless dex with no protocol revenue to revenue generating protocol
strong parallels to hyperliquid:native

The most bullish AMM news today is not the official statement, but the comment letter from SEC Commissioner @HesterPeirce that went along with it
“Truly decentralized systems that are driven by autonomous software… do not need need an exemption” (Aka normal permissionless Uniswap)
The exemption applies to permissioned pools on Uniswap v4, creating a pathway for compliant trading in the US for assets and users where this is needed
This can be incredibly useful for amm adoption, and we will be submitting a comment letter with proposed improvements
