I’m slightly disagree here @jonathan_wilke .
Shipping is important, but it's useless without distribution. Your product exists in isolation ,nobody sees it, nobody uses it, and you get zero feedback to improve on although it might that you shipped actually something incredible.
I have to strongly disagree.
“Just ship” is even more relevant than it ever was because now you can actually build something really good really fast. So it’s even more important that you ship and start collecting feedback on it.

we love having a side income, something that doesn't need too much daily effort , like “vyaj pe dena”.
We'd rather put money into something that keeps earning, however small, than into something that just sits there like (iPhone) .

Does Munich shut down after 8pm ?
Even for Germany’s 3rd largest city by population. Supermarkets like Rewe and Aldi shut by 8, and you’ll barely see anyone outside after that. Very different vibe from Hamburg.
