The only way out of this short of outright revolution is widespread acknowledgement that the Democrat Party is a criminal entity whose existence is illegal under the Constitution. Nothing it has done for the last twenty years has been legitimate under the law. None of its judicial appointees at any level are legitimate. None of its electoral victories have been legitimate. None of its legislation is legitimate. The trial that should follow on this most recent event should take less than one hour, should be held today, and should be immediately followed by a small but informal gathering outside under the courthouse oak. And this should be the norm in such cases. But this will only be possible once enough of the American people and their representatives truly realize in their hearts that the Democrat Party is a criminal entity. It is not merely a criminal entity, it is the essence of criminality: not rebellion for the sake of social betterment, but wanton destruction that stems from a collective, diagnosable mental illness shared by each and every one of its supporters to greater and lesser degrees.
