THIS is the kind of shameless “Thooker” that can drag India backwards no matter how many “Viksit Bharat” deadlines we announce. Spit paan from a moving car. Open the door while the vehicle is moving. Treat public roads like a personal dumping ground. And then flaunt a political sticker as though it were a VIP immunity pass. The vehicle is barely over a year old, yet has traffic challans pending for more than 9 months - apparently even paying fines for breaking the law is optional when you believe your political connections put you above it. This isn't about the car or the sticker. It's about the mindset: zero civic sense, zero respect for rules, maximum entitlement. You can put any political logo on a car. It doesn't make you - and certainly doesn't make your violations - above the law. India can announce 2047, 3047 or 5047 as its development target. Until the Thookers change, development will remain a slogan plastered over an undeveloped mindset.
